Rides this week:

Lunchtime Show-N-Go Ride

Weather permitting; we will continue the lunch time rides (Tuesday-Friday) which leaves from Bldg 1277.  Tuesdays and Thursdays are typically faster days, with slower recovery days on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Also, on Wednesdays, we will offer a slower paced “No-Drop” group ride that also leaves at 11:05.  This group will be led by Kim Haggin, Josh Gunter, or James Evans.  This is intended for beginners or folks just starting out for this year.  If you have friends that are hesitant to come out because they need a slower pace, this should be a great ride for them.  If you have any questions contact James Evans.

WOW (Work out Wednesdays), Trappers Loop, 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM

Big hill. OPEN PACE.

We will now offer two options for climbing Trappers on Wednesday afternoons, at 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.  Please be about 15 minutes early and be ready to ride at these times.  Meet in Mtn. Green at the Sinclair gas station.  The ride will consist of a 10 minute warm up, and then the climb up Trappers Loop with an option to continue up to Snow Basin.  For those you have never done this or don't think you could, please come.  Most all find that they can indeed do it, even though it’s very intimidating.

Ride Coordinator: Eric Hulphers, 726-0670. Call for weather cancellations.
